2. Booking and Payments

• Payment: Payments for babysitting services are due in full at the time of service or based on the agreed-upon terms.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation by Client: Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule a babysitting session. Failure to do so will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

• Cancellation by Al Elijah Services: If we need to cancel a babysitting session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule or refund your payment in full.

4. Responsibilities of the Babysitter

• Professional Care: Our babysitters are responsible for ensuring the child(ren)'s safety, well-being, and comfort during the service period. Babysitters are required to follow the parent or guardian's instructions regarding care routines, feeding, and any other special needs.

• Background Check: All babysitters are thoroughly background-checked and vetted for suitability to care for children.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Providing Information: Clients must provide accurate information regarding their child's needs, medical conditions, or allergies before the babysitting session.

• Home Safety: Clients are responsible for ensuring the home is safe and child-friendly for the babysitter. This includes securing any potentially hazardous items and ensuring the babysitter has access to emergency contact details.

• Supervision: While our babysitters are well-trained, the client must remain available in case of emergencies.

6. Liability and Insurance

• Liability: Al Elijah Services is not liable for any injury or damage that occurs during the babysitting service, unless caused by the negligence or misconduct of the babysitter.

• Insurance: We have general liability insurance that covers incidents resulting from our babysitters’ negligence. However, parents or guardians must ensure that their home environment is safe for the babysitter and child.

7. Confidentiality

• Privacy of Information: We respect your privacy and will not share any personal information you provide with third parties. Your contact details and any information shared regarding your child will be kept confidential.

• Recording and Photography: No photographs or videos of your child are taken without prior written consent. Babysitters are prohibited from sharing any images or videos taken during their service.

8. Behavioral Expectations

• Professional Conduct: Babysitters from Al Elijah Services are expected to behave in a professional, respectful manner. Any misconduct or inappropriate behavior reported by clients will result in immediate removal of the babysitter from the roster and may lead to service termination.

• Parent/Guardian Behavior: Parents and guardians are expected to treat our babysitters with respect. Any abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior will result in service termination.

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Al Elijah Services reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to check for updates regularly. By continuing to use our services, you accept the updated terms.
